The training action on Commercial Leadership and Improvement in Business Management began this month in Senegal and Mauritania, and will begin at the beginning of October in Cape Verde.

In the first place, it consists, on the one hand, in the development of the "COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP" training action, working on the foundations for business planning and organization with a view to success and the identification and analysis of commercial leadership. It will last 15 hours and in online mode (teletraining).

The second activity is "TRAINING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT", encompassing topics such as effective time management, optimization of the company's business plan and the development and enhancement of aptitudes, attitudes and skills to optimize the sales process. Carrying out this activity simultaneously, it will have a duration of 15 hours and in face-to-face mode (provided that sanitary conditions allow it).

These two activities are aimed at 15 businesswomen from each of the countries included in the project.

The main objective of the project is to promote the transfer of knowledge and the exchange of experiences in business projects led by women in Cape Verde, Senegal, Mauritania and Fuerteventura, by promoting the creation of networks of business women and the creation of a favorable environment through training and meetings to facilitate the internationalization of Canarian companies led by women, as well as the promotion of the culture of cooperation and business cooperation relations between the participants.
